- UM Shore Regional Sleep Disorders Center's four-bed sleep lab
- UM Shore Surgery Center at Queenstown, a multi-specialty facility for ambulatory or same-day surgery that includes a state-of-the-art operating room, three procedure rooms and 13 patient prep and recovery bays.
