Mission Critical Backup power for the new Fannie Mae HQ at Midtown Center in Washington, DC

Midtown Center is one of the most anticipated development projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Designed by New York-based SHoP Architects, the 865,000 RSF office project features two full-height curtainwall office towers separated by an extraordinary public plaza, which offers clients and pedestrians the opportunity to interact with approximately 50,000 SF of retail at the city’s hottest new central destination. The building serves as Fannie Mae’s new DC headquarters, and will boast stunning suspending bridges connecting the East and West office towers. Amenities are consistent with the building’s first-class LEED Gold construction, and include parking, a fitness center, and rooftop terrace views that provide sprawling views of downtown Washington, DC and its monuments. The fitness center, penthouse building conference center and rooftop terraces provide an unparalleled amenity package that clients will enjoy throughout their occupancy of this building.
