SYRACUSE, New York – January 8, 2024 – Curtis Power Solutions (CPS), a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, announced that it has acquired Syracuse, New York based Independent Field Service, LLC (IFS), a sales, service, and maintenance provider for generator sets, heavy-duty machinery engines, and marine engines.
“This acquisition strengthens and expands upon our current mtu power generation sales and service presence in upstate New York,” said David Johnson, CEO of Indel Power Group. “Independent Field Service’s proven track record and local knowledge will fuel our growth and enable us to deliver exceptional customer service across the region.”
IFS’s team of highly skilled technicians and sales professionals will seamlessly integrate into the CPS organization ensuring a smooth transition for existing customers.
